This class will cover EVERYTHING need to know from start to finish! This is a great class for those that want to learn for a hobby, prep for those holiday cookies or to fine tune your royal icing skills for your cookie/cake business. Instruction will include:

  1. Demonstration of steps to make royal icing, including choosing a flavor for your icings

  2. Step by step techniques used to achieve the perfect flood consistency, writing consistency and stiff consistency used to make flowers.

  3. Choosing and mixing colors.

  4. Using bottles vs. bags

  5. Stenciling with royal icing

6. Q & A session

This is a “hands on” interactive class. You will get 6 cookies to decorate any way you want. Two of the cookies will be pre-iced to practice techniques during the class. Everyone will receive a small swag bag at the end of the class that will include my royal icing recipe, a roll out cookie recipe for the holidays and a royal icing instruction “How to” pamphlet along with other goodies! To register just message me and I will send you an invoice. Once invoice is received and paid, your seat will be reserved in the class. This is a first come, first serve registration, so don’t hesitate! Hoping to see you in class!
